As Administrative Assistant your responsibilities are :
* Provide general administrative support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
* Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space, phones, and office keys
* Create and modify various documents using Microsoft Office
* Maintain inventory of office supplies
* Assist in managing and maintaining company policies and procedures
* Provide assistance in organizing company events
* Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
* Ensure the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis
The Administrative Assistant we are looking for:
