As the Business Analyst for Decathlon Marketplace, your primary mission is to spearhead proactive identification and sharing of key insights that can drive business actions to increase business efficiency and reach ambitious goals. You will leverage your experience to autonomously drive the animation of new routines and collaborate closely with fulfillment and seller management teams to ensure that these insights are delivered most effectively to optimize operations and performance. Your key responsibilities will include: Responsibilities: Data-Driven Insights: Translate data and KPIs into actionable insights for business teams, particularly focusing on improving fulfillment processes and seller performance. Reporting & Analysis: Regularly deliver insightful reports to Seller Management and Fulfillment teams through well-coordinated routines, ensuring alignment with overall marketplace objectives. Fulfillment Optimization: Work with fulfillment teams to identify key operational metrics and trends, driving improvements in service levels, delivery times, and overall customer satisfaction. Insight Animation: Drive insights animation in Seller Management and Fulfillment Weekly Reporting, helping teams to quickly respond to emerging trends or issues. Business Acumen: Demonstrate strong business acumen by identifying key opportunities and sourcing data from various internal and external channels, particularly related to fulfillment efficiency and logistics. Market Intelligence: Establish a Market Intelligence stream to aid Seller Management in monitoring competition activity and identifying potential prospects for business development teams, with a specific focus on fulfillment capabilities. Opportunity Follow-Up: Ensure follow-up on opportunities provided to business development teams, ensuring continuous improvement in insight actionability, with an emphasis on fulfillment services. Growth Levers: Identify new growth levers and facilitate insight sharing with Sellers through Proof of Concepts (POCs) and commercial animation data sharing initiatives, especially those that can enhance fulfillment efficiency. Fulfillment Service Collaboration: Partner with fulfillment teams to ensure that seller operations are optimized for fast, reliable delivery, and that any issues in the fulfillment process are quickly identified and resolved. Jobprofiel Profile : Analytical Skills: Possess strong analytical skills to effectively analyze data and make informed decisions, particularly regarding fulfillment metrics and operational efficiency. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Excel/Gsheets and SQL is required, with a plus for Python/Javascript knowledge, especially in automating and optimizing fulfillment processes. Project Management: Preferred experience in project management to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently, especially those related to fulfillment service improvements. Communication : Fluency in English is essential for effective communication within an international team setting. Excellent communication skills to engage with team members, stakeholders, and other departments (Technical teams, Finance Teams, Fulfillment Teams) to ensure clarity and alignment on objectives and projects. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities to identify issues, analyze root causes, and develop effective solutions to address operational challenges, particularly those related to fulfillment and logistics. Experience in E-Commerce market intelligence and data analysis is preferred. Familiarity with Agile methodologies for project management is preferred. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs is crucial for success in this role.
