Safety Jogger is a leading PPE brand that offers a complete range of certified products, including footwear, workwear, head protection, eyewear, and more.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the operational and tactical aspects of the supply chain for Safety Jogger.
* Ensure competitive pricing, quality, delivery performance, and supplier stability.
* Lead cross-functional teams and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
* Continuously analyze and optimize supply chain costs through strategic sourcing, negotiation, and process improvements.
* Develop strategic sourcing plans to maximize supply base potential.
* Drive efficient inventory management and set key performance indicators to optimize supply chain performance.
* Create and execute a risk management strategy to prevent disruptions.
Requirements:
* Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in a supply chain role, preferably in the footwear industry or PPE.
* Strong analytical skills, excellent reporting and communication abilities, and good planning and time management skills.
* Independent worker with strong team player skills, mature personality, stress-resistant, and skilled problem solver.
* Fluency in Dutch and English, with additional languages such as French, German, Spanish, or Italian being a plus.
* Flexibility to travel across the world.
