Job Description:
The DEXIS Sr. Product Manager of Cloud Solutions partners with DEXIS customers, R&D, and sales to define cloud solutions to serve the needs of the dental community and align with the DEXIS portfolio. The role requires an in depth understanding of cloud solutions and the ability to identify unmet customer needs. The ideal candidate is responsible for planning and executing cloud solutions, including definition, business case creation, pricing strategies, go to market strategy, and product roadmap.
Job Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct market research and analysis to identify unmet needs across multiple customer segments, understand market trends and articulate competitive dynamics.
2. Define business case, product positioning and pricing strategies based on market insights and business objectives.
3. Prioritize product and customer requirements to partner with R&D to build a multi year product roadmap.
4. Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling messaging and go to market plans that effectively communicate the value proposition of cloud solutions.
5. Provide education on the solution to DEXIS team members in a train the trainer approach and to distributors and dentists in customer events.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, product marketing, or related roles.
2. Degree in business, marketing, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
3. Experience in Dental preferred, but not required.
4. Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
5. Experience with SaaS medical software preferred.
6. Ability and willingness to travel, mostly within Europe.
