Responsibilities:- Manage engineering projects from A to Z, from design phase till hyper care.- Research and implement new technologies such as process equipment, automation systems, control information networks, vision and robotic systems, etc.- Optimize existing machinery to improve safety, quality, and productivity.- Set up and lead local project teams and communicate with stakeholders.- Participate in global project teams.Requirements:- Engineer with a minimum of 20 years of experience in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, food sector, or any other relevant industry.- Experienced in both the compounding and filling parts of production.- Very hands-on, fast-paced, with extensive experience and the necessary external contacts, familiar with suppliers, so no time is wasted on research or onboarding.- Familiar with high-quality standards, audits, and FDA regulations.- Someone with project management experience who has led and directed projects.
