Marketing and Communication Intern
Duration : at least 3 months and up to 6 months; on a full time basis
When : to discuss depending on your availabilities
Location : Work from anywhere policy, work from home and from one of our main offices (Brussels, Gent or Antwerp)

3. Marketing’s purpose is to deliver compelling experiences to colleagues and clients in order to drive growth. You will work closely with our Marketing & Communication manager to develop and execute integrated marketing and communication campaigns to increase employee and client engagement. You will also partner with internal colleagues to work on diversified Marketing & Communication projects.

We will count on you to:
8. Co-develop and implement powerful employer branding programs to improve our visibility on the labour market;
9. Write and prepare the content of social media posts;
10. Organize & follow-up updates on local websites;
11. Prepare internal newsletters and newsflashes;
12. Follow up of the collaboration with our digital agency;
13. Organise events such as client gatherings and client workshops from A to Z (choose venues and providers, manage budget, reservations tracking, creating the badges, etc..) ;
14. Support daily marketing activities : eg develop marketing tools in collaboration with head of departments to drive growth;
15. Draft dashboards for KPI tracking & reporting.
What you need to have:
16. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in progress (ideally in Marketing and Communication or in Business Management)
17. Passion for digital marketing and copywriting
18. Excellent organisation and communication skills
19. Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills in English, Dutch and/or French
