● Provide technical support. Answering support queries either onsite or via phone or email
● Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries
● Take ownership of user problems from the ITSM ticketing tool
● Implement, managing and maintaining workstations
● Perform installations, upgrades & deployment of workstations to Microsoft Windows 10
● Troubleshooting & Problem solving of Workstation related problems
● Imaging and preparing assets such as laptops and mobile devices for deployment to users, ensuring assets are tagged and entered into the asset management system
● Carrying out routine maintenance of IT systems
● Support users in the use of Computer equipment by providing necessary training and advice
● Local assistance for the L2/L3 System Administrators (Server, Network, Application, ERP)
● Ensure Service Level Agrerement are adhered too
● Local contact person for assistance in IT
● Travels on sites located in Germany (15% to 20% of the time)
● At least 3 years of experience in IT Support
● English and German speaking
● Microsoft advanced knowledge (workstations and servers)
● Administration experience of MS Active Directory users & groups, policies and management concepts
● Helpdesk Experience (ServiceNow)
● Excellent Interpersonal skills
● Outstanding Client Service Skills
