As a Management Assistant, you ensure the efficient operation of the department and its team members by handling administrative and organizational tasks. You will join a team of Management Assistants and contribute by helping to manage additional workload.
The assignment:
1. Scheduling and Calendar Management: Organizing and maintaining the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, and providing reminders for upcoming events.
2. Meeting Coordination: Coordinating and organizing meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
3. Project Assistance: Assisting in various projects as needed.
4. Travel Arrangements: Making necessary travel arrangements.
5. Office Management: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring that the office environment is efficient and well-organized.
What we ask from you:
1. Very good knowledge of English, spoken and written.
2. Excellent organizational and communication skills, time management, and attention to detail.
3. Experience in office management and travel arrangements.
