Morrison Finance is looking for a Junior/Medior Customer Operations Consultant. As a Customer service oriented consultant, you will be the main point of contact of the customers, handle their requests and help them to find suitable solutions. Key Responsibilities: Support financial operations with a focus on fostering and maintaining relationships with B2B partners. Manage the credit granting process, including analyzing credit applications and making informed decisions. Provide customer focused solutions to ensure client satisfaction and smooth credit operations. Ensure the seamless execution of credit decisions and related processes. Collaborate with key partners and clients across Belgium in a dynamic, fast paced environment. Develop and enhance commercial and analytical skills through hands on experience. Maintain a flexible approach and strong customer service mindset to succeed in the role. Language Requirements: Native level proficiency in Dutch and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills. English is a plus. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office. Soft Skills: Strong communication abilities. Strong customer orientation with a commercial mindset. Precise, organized, and structured working style. Excellent administrative and analytical abilities Comfortable handling tasks over the phone and managing ad hoc requests. Team player who can also work independently.
