Position Summary
The primary accountability of the function is to lead the People and Communication agenda - across the AXA Truck Assistance International footprint.
As a member of the AXA TAI Leadership Team, the incumbent drives and implements the People and Communication strategy to enable organizational and people high performance in order to contribute to the ambition of AXA TAI business.
This function also has the responsibility to integrate an acquired company and implement and drive the HR operating model.
DIMENSIONS OF ROLE
* Scope: Multi-site presence across Europe with 445 employees
* Management of an HR Team (4) and coordination with local HR in AXA Partners entities.
* Member of the leadership Team of AXA TAI
Key Responsibilities
Shape and develop the organizations to build sustainable business growth
* Coach and support the CEO of AXA TAI and the Leadership Team to build high performing leadership teams to drive the business ambition in every corner of the footprint.
* Contribute to the development and refinement of the Company’s strategy and business plans supporting the organization’s growth and profitability objectives.
* Pilot the organization and workforce performance (staff cost Vs GWP, productivity, expense ratio, combined ratio…) and propose ongoing organization design and evolutions (restructuring, target operating models to scale…).
* Provide advice on target operating models aiming at scaling and industrializing our business and define change management plans.
* Integrate EBTS HR organization and team into a high standard HR setup.
Implement and drive performance of the HR Operating model across the footprint
* Implement and drive HR services across the different locations.
* Ensure the AXA Partners HR Operating model provides high quality of service with cost optimization.
* Coordinate with different CoEs the HR capabilities and services to bring value to the business.

Build a workforce for the future
* Workforce projection: define with the Business leaders the skills and competencies to be developed according to the market and services evolution.
* Deliver talent management and learning & development strategy to build the key capabilities to become a differentiated actor in our markets.
* Create a sustainable leadership pipeline for the business by accelerating the development of identified ‘successors’ & ‘talent’ and driving specific programs to infuse high potential talent into the organization.
Transform the culture
* Implement the right organization and new ways of delivering employee services and talent solutions.
* Implement communication and culture action plans to become the pulse takers and gatekeepers of our collective strategy, experience, and beliefs.
* Implement corporate responsibility and the diversity and inclusion we want to promote.
Your Profile
Skills And Experience
* At least 10 years of experience in different functions, including at least 5 years in HR experience ideally.
* Experience in an international/multinational environment preferred.
