Job Role: Knowledge Coordinator
Location: Brussels (On-site 2 days/week)

Responsibilities:
* Implement and manage AI
* Define roles, processes, and tools for knowledge management
* Ensure documentation accuracy with Service Managers & Technical Writers
* Monitor knowledge base usage and optimize assets
Requirements:
* Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, Wiki)
* ITIL v3/v4 certification preferred
