We are looking for a (Senior) HR BUSINESS PARTNER (Head Office) :
Your Mission :
As a experienced HR Business Partner, you will be the trusted advisor for operational teams, supporting employees, IT staff, engineers, and assembly site personnel. You will operate in a complex, entrepreneurial, and transformative environment, with a special focus on managing outsourced and temporary personnel.
Your Responsibilities :
* Support managers in all HR dimensions: organizational matters, performance management, skills development, and employee relations.
* Oversee the entire HR cycle in your scope (recruitment, onboarding, training, career management, disciplinary actions).
* Efficiently and diligently manage temporary and outsourced workforce (contracts, compliance, onboarding, coordination with agencies).
* Ensure compliance with Belgian legal and social frameworks in line with ground realities.
* Propose initiatives to simplify, structure, and improve HR practices in a continuous improvement approach.
* Actively contribute to cross-functional HR projects (digitalization, quality of work life, HRIS tools, talent engagement).
* Collaborate with QHSE teams to ensure a secure and compliant work environment.
* Participate in social dialogue within your scope and maintain high-quality relationships with social partners.
Your Profile :
* Higher education, bachelor’s or master’s degree (or equivalent).
* Proven experience of at least 10 years in a generalist HR role, including some exposure to industrial environments. Collaboration with IT staff and engineers is a plus.
* Strong knowledge of Belgian labor law and external workforce management (temporary staff, subcontractors, secondees).
* Ability to navigate a fast-growing, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environment with rapidly changing priorities.
* Practical mindset, solution-oriented approach, and field sensitivity.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, collaborative spirit, and assertiveness.
* Affinity for numbers, reporting, and P&L approach.
* Comfortable with digital tools and HRIS environments.
* Mother tongue : French. Proficiency in English (oral and written) is mandatory, as regular contact with non-French-speaking clients or colleagues is required.
