Functieomschrijving
Our client -located in Evergem/Gent and active in recycling plastics- is currently looking for a shiftleader.
As shiftleader you will work in 3 shifts (early, late and night) and have the lead over a group of 25 people. Your collegues will be sorters, operators and logistic employees.
You will try to further optimalise the proces and will documentate your actions and needs.
You will communicate in English and/or Dutch and will give and takes advice from the plant manager, the production manager and his assistant
Vereisten
You are able to work in 3 shifts
Preferably you can start as soon as possible
You speak fluent English or Dutch
You can work with computer
You have enough work experience that will ensure your knowledge of productionproces and eventually leading skills
Talen

Je hebt een goede kennis van het Engels
