3. In this role, you wont just handle payrollyoull be the go-to for all HR-related questions!
4. Youll manage payroll for our Belgian workforce (around 160 employees, PC 200), ensuring smooth processes from employee benefits to compensation. But thats just part of the job.
5. As an HR Business Partner, youll collaborate with support departments, working closely with managers and their teams. Youll coach, advise, and support them, ensuring our people-first culture thrives.
6. Youll help shape and implement HR policies, while also taking on strategic and day-to-day HR projects.
7. Your ability to juggle both hard HR (payroll, compliance) and soft HR (engagement, coaching) will make a real impact!
TASKS
8. Manage payroll and act as the first point of contact for all HR-related matters.
9. Oversee employee benefits and payroll processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
10. Support managers and employees in their growth and operations, acting as a strategic partner offering guidance and hands-on support.
11. Use your interpersonal skills to resolve disputes diplomatically and handle sensitive matters, such as grievances and performance issues.
12. Coach leaders through transitions, manage resistance, and foster a resilient workforce.
13. Analyze business metrics and financial impacts, providing HR solutions that support business growth.
14. Design, implement, and execute HR policies for Veepee Belgium, leading both soft and hard HR projects.
15. By fostering a people-first work environment and championing our culture, youll ensure we have an engaged and motivated workforce. You will report directly to the HR Country Lead and work closely with the HR team.
MUST HAVE skills
16. You bring solid experience in Belgian payroll and have a clear interest in soft HR.
17. You are a natural talent for balancing both hard and soft HR.
18. As a proactive team player, youre always ready to listen, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
19. Your communication skills shine in English and in Dutch or French.
