Key Responsibilities

Skills & Qualifications

Bilingual in Dutch and French (written and spoken) - English is a plus.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage a high volume of inquiries efficiently.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage customer expectations and offer clear solutions.

Proficient in using customer service platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
