What the key tasks will look like We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Transformation team. You will join a 14 people team consisting of transformation leads, transformation analysts, a strategy manager, business analysts and change/lean leads. Your personal focus will be on analyzing and defining business requirements and translating those to our IT colleagues. You will also participate in the testing efforts of these requirements and will be working on various projects at the same time. Projects are mainly related to organizational and business transformation, implying a focus on organizational, regulatory, compliance topics etc.) Requirements Engineering: Write, challenge and align high quality business requirements with IT. Testing: Co create test cases with business and monitor results and changes. Stakeholder Management: Keep stakeholders committed, informed, and open to change. Required skills and competencies Background You have 5+ years of work experience as a business analyst, experience in insurance is a plus. Having an academic masters degree is an asset. Technical skills Business analysis: experience and proficiency in business analysis, writing business requirements and defining acceptance criteria. BPMN: you have proven experience and proficiency in drawing and evaluating process flows. Analytical skills: ability to understand, discover and analyze business processes and project needs and goals, AS IS and TO BE situations, and optimizations to identify improvement opportunities and translate these into concrete plans and deliverables.
