We are Capgemini is currently seeking an experienced OT Security Consultant to join our cybersecurity team🚀
In this role, you will support and participate in industrial cybersecurity projects for our clients, ensuring the protection and resilience of their Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Control Systems (ICS/SCADA) environments. You will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks specific to these environments, safeguarding operational continuity and critical infrastructure security. Your work will involve evaluating OT security architectures, conducting compliance audits (IEC 62443, NIST 800-82, ISO 27019, etc.), performing vulnerability assessments on industrial networks, implementing network segmentation strategies, incident response for ICS environments, and advising on security best practices. Additionally, you will challenge and refine risk control and mitigation plans from an OT security perspective, providing technical support to clients in different industries across the globe.
Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluate and improve security in industrial environments (ICS/SCADA, DCS, PLCs, IIoT), identifying vulnerabilities and proposing mitigation measures.
* Develop and execute OT cybersecurity audits, assessing compliance with standards like IEC 62443, NIST 800-82, ISO 27019, NIS2, and sector-specific regulations.
* Define IT/OT network segmentation strategies, reviewing architectures and applying principles like Zero Trust, industrial DMZs, and Purdue model segmentation.
* Support incident response in OT environments, investigating cyberattacks against industrial systems and proposing response and recovery plans.
* Implement and advise on OT security monitoring tools (e.g., Nozomi Networks, Claroty, Dragos).
* Develop and deliver industrial cybersecurity training for operators, engineers, and security teams.
* Stay up to date with emerging OT threats and evaluate their impact on critical infrastructure.
What We’re Looking For:
* Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in OT cybersecurity, with hands-on exposure to industrial environments and control systems.
* Strong knowledge of industrial protocols (e.g., Modbus, DNP3, OPC UA, Profinet, BACnet) and their security risks.
* Experience conducting OT security audits, including compliance assessments and vulnerability management in industrial networks.
* Familiarity with network traffic analysis and security tools for ICS environments (Nozomi, Claroty, Armis...).
* Understanding of industrial network architectures, including segmentation, industrial firewalls, and reference models like Purdue.
* Ability to analyze and respond to cyber threats targeting critical infrastructure and develop effective mitigation strategies.
* Minimum B2 English level (projects may have an international scope).
* Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate findings to both technical and business audiences.
Holding at least one of the following certifications is a plus:
* CISM, CISSP, GIAC (GRID, GICSP, GCIP), CompTIA Security+
* OT/ICS-specific cybersecurity certifications such as ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Specialist, or Expert
