Division: Client and Business Strategy (CBS)
We are seeking a team leader to join our Account Management team within the Commercial Division. You will oversee a team managing a diverse portfolio of clients across the UK, Ireland, and Luxembourg, while also managing a small portfolio of clients themselves.
Role and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for a team that handles activities across multiple services and business areas for their assigned client base.
2. Lead and support the team in executing their roles effectively, by prioritizing tasks efficiently and clearly defining the roles and responsibilities of the account managers, and other client facing teams.
3. Coaching, supporting, and fostering a positive team environment.
4. Work with the team to ensure relevant resources are allocated to meet the client’s needs effectively, stepping in to provide back up support when required.
5. Organizing weekly whiteboards and organize one on one sessions with team members.
6. Improve efficiency, while providing excellent client support, ensuring client relationships continue to grow. Contribute to the objective of meeting client satisfaction while remaining within our risk appetite.
7. Take full ownership by evaluating problems, creating, and defending innovative proposals and defining solutions that go beyond strict roles and responsibilities.
8. Responsible for the support of educating clients and guiding them, along with the team, to training services within the group.
9. Promote and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
10. Collaborate and work with team leaders within the Account Management team.
Required qualifications:
11. Good understanding of all Euroclear Bank’s products.
12. Experience in client facing roles.
13. Recognizing the client’s needs, involves interacting with other departments, requiring strong social skills and the ability to understand and influence effectively.
14. Managing escalations raised by the team and clients swiftly.
15. Abilities to solve problems and resolve conflicts.
16. Being able to support the Sales & Relationship Manager in delivering a seamless service to our clients to ensure client satisfaction.
17. Proficient in written and spoken English is necessary, other language skills are a plus.
18. Prioritizing tasks, to coordinate several priorities at once, taking into consideration any potential risk.
