Description
As a member of our Belgian operations, you will be responsible for the general administration on our Service Products product range.
You will:
* Perform general administration on contracts and claims.
* Handle all incoming requests (mail, email, telephone) for the Service Products.
Your responsibilities:
* Perform day to day changes, updates, etc. on contracts.
* Handle incoming and outgoing invoicing.
* Monthly reporting towards external partners.
* Run day to day ad hoc requests from external partners.

Profile
Your profile:
* Bachelor degree in Economics / Marketing.
* Relevant first experience in administration, preferably within insurance sector
* Excellent command of MS Office.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Organized, structured mind and good presentation and communication skills to all levels of the organisation.
* Good time management – able to work under pressure and dedicated to meet variable deadlines
* Positive attitude to resolve problems/troubles with Customer First spirit in mind.
* Fluency in English is a must, other languages are an asset.

Offer
Contract:
Interim contract for 6 months with option permanent contract with competitive salary package.

Toyota Insurance Management SE, Belgian branch Office (located in Toyota Motor Europe HQ in Evere).
Hybrid way of working (possibility for 2 days homeworking).
