As an Inside Sales Representative, your responsibilities are:
* Manages sales and customer relationships for assigned clients.
* Prepares offers, processes orders, and promotes E-Shop usage.
* Maintains client data and supports internal/external teams.
* Uses telesales to drive growth, cross-selling, and digital channel adoption.
* Understands customer needs, market, and competitors.
* Handles inquiries, complaints, and sales opportunities efficiently.
* Collaborates with external sales and reports on project progress.
A successful Inside Sales Representative should have:
* Experience in an Inside Sales, Sales Support, or Customer Service role.
* Exceptional communication skills in English, Italian, and Spanish.
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
* Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and CRM software.
