About the job:
Based in Mons, Belgium you will join the Agency as we embark on a journey to transform our IT services to support NATO’s Digital Endeavour. You will join NATO Cyber Security Centre (NCSC), which is responsible for planning and executing all lifecycle management activities for cyber security. In executing this responsibility, NCSC provides specialist cyber security-related services covering the spectrum of scientific, technical, acquisition, operations, maintenance, and sustainment support, throughout the lifecycle of NATO Communications and Information Systems (CIS).
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Senior Service Delivery Manager (Adversary Emulation) who will take on the following roles and responsibilities:
* Consultancy: take responsibility for understanding customer requirements, collecting data, delivering analysis and problem resolution. Collaborate with clients as part of formal or informal consultancy engagements;
* Project management: facilitate and ensure the satisfactory completion of adversary emulation services;
* Service level management: day-to-day monitoring of the delivery of Adversary Emulation services, in accordance with KPIs defined in the Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Operational Level Agreements (OLA);
* Problem management: initiate and monitor actions to investigate and resolve problems in systems, processes and services;
* Service acceptance: engage with delivery teams to confirm that delivered services meet the service acceptance criteria and are to the required standard;
* Stakeholder relationship management: deal with problems and issues, managing resolutions, corrective actions, lessons learned, and the collection and dissemination of relevant information.
About you:
The valuable knowledge and experience that you bring to this role are:
* Bachelor’s degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline and 3 years post-related experience. Or exceptionally, the lack of a university degree may be compensated by the demonstration of a candidate’s particular abilities or experience that is/are of interest to NCI Agency, that is, at least 10 years extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to the function of the post;
* Proven 3 years’ experience as a Service Delivery Manager, IT Service Manager, or similar role, specifically in managing cyber security services;
* In-depth knowledge of adversary emulation, red teaming and purple teaming concepts and methodologies;
* Knowledge of vulnerability assessment and penetration testing methodologies;
* In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and adversary tactics;
* Knowledge in Red team tools and technologies;
* Knowledge of the latest security trends and best practices;
* Experience in service level management and continuous service improvement;
* Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks;
* Proven experience in managing vendor relationships;
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills across technical, non-technical and Executive audiences;
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions;
* ITIL v4 Foundation;
* Cybersecurity oriented certification such as MAD20 (ATT&CK), CRTP, GPEN, OSCP, CISSP;
* Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
