This position works in close collaboration with the internal teams as well as external stakeholders in our supply chain. Reporting to Supply Chain Manager. Working in the chemical sector Act as the main customer contact, resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction. Manage EMEA sales orders, including transport, logistics, and communication. Ensure accurate documentation for Production and Storage site movements, especially hazardous goods. Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain on terms, pricing, and availability. Handle problems collaborating with logistics and quality teams. Process post-sales documentation requests like certifications and technical info. Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Sales, or Marketing. Relevant Supply chain and/or Customer Service experience. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Proficient in IT tools (Office, SAP) and record management. Organized and detail-oriented, managing multiple tasks efficiently. Hands-on, results-driven, with excellent planning and prioritization.
