We are looking for a E2E Product Planner to join us in our Global Supply Chain organization based in Braine-l’Alleud, Belgium.
About the role:
The position is based in the UCB laboratories and offices at the Braine-l’Alleud campus
What you will do:
You will be responsible for optimizing and delivering End-To-End Product supply plan over Tactical and Strategic horizons, as outcome of validated Supply Scenarios, reconciliation with Master Production Scheduling execution, integrating all new assumptions and events
1. This to ensure Product availability on markets and at Third Party Accounts on-time and in-full
2. This to secure supply reliability over planning horizons
3. This to control inventory projections and risks per stocking strategies
4. This to contribute optimizing UCB cost-to-serve
5. This to contribute to right-first-time new product launches execution
You will be the Anaplan Supply Scenario Expert as reference and critical support to Tactical & Strategic plans, Risk mitigation, to PVU SC (Patient Value Unit Supply Chain) and PSII (Product Strategy & Industrial Implementation) functions for covering needs for Commercial products and New launches over the entire Supply Network.
You will transfer leading Supply plans and associated assumptions for execution :
6. Hand-over to Supply Network Planners (SNP) of the endorsed supply scenario for the execution/operationalization over the MPS horizon in alignment with supply decisions from SI&OP. This including new assumptions related to assets capacity and outputs
7. Collaborate with Supply Network Operations to gather Capacity assumptions and options over the entire horizon in preparation of future SI&OP cycles.
8. Ensure reconciliation between SI&OP and MPS with the SNPs (from SNP back to Anaplan) by capturing changes/deviations, understanding root causes and aligning on adjustments required in supply plans and scenarios to run related to assets capacity and outputs. This supported by SI&OP process
9. Gather information (relevant inputs) from Supply Network leads as outputs of Vendor Teams, Network changes projects, Internal manufacturing tier meetings to integrate in Tactical and Strategic plans, risks to execution, events for assessment, mitigation scenarios.
10. Support Industrial & Supply Strategic Plan (ISSP) process by producing required Supply Planning scenarios and plans as well as Inventory projections to enable decision making .
11. Ensure alignment with PVU Supply Lead and Supply Network Lead on Tactical and Strategic supply assumptions driving plans and operations
12. Responsible to define Stocking strategies per product over the supply chain, liaising with appropriated functions for integration and execution
13. Drive integration of inventory risks assessment into supply planning and path for improvement
14. Produce Supply & Inventory projections Y1 to Y10 in Anaplan system.
PRODUCT LAUNCHES & LIFE CYCLE MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIES
15. You will support activities (under change control) associated to New Product Launches and Manage/Orchestrate activities of Product Life Cycle management .co-defining activities list/process flow with multiple stakeholders depending on the CC topic (Affiliate, Analytical, Distribution, Manufacturing, HSE, Purchasing, Procurement, Quality control, EMOL, EMBL, Commercial, QA alliance, GCS, local SC, legal, development, Technical Lead, Industrial Lead etc.),You will deliver readiness of supply including change controls coordination to completion.In close collaboration with PVU SC Lead you will be in charge of the change strategy and launch plan
16. You will be in charge of executing change control activities assigned to planning function and chase for the previous step execution and push to the flow downstream
17. You will represent the Global Planning team within Key Projects related to his/her products portfolio, including new products launches, new product introduction, RA/Tech initiatives, Tech Transfers, Supply Continuity/remediations…
RISK MANAGEMENT
18. You will manage senior stakeholders consistently and appropriately for all related to Product supply risks. Provide inputs and mitigation options for potential supply escalated conflicts/risks
19. You will contribute to preparation and review of Hot Topics and flag the need for escalation to Supply Risks Escalation for information and alignment at Tier 4 (GSC and S&TS leadership team)
For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:
20. You have a Master’s degree
21. You have ERP deep knowledge
22. You have a min of 7 years’ experience in Supply Chain Operations
23. You have a min of 3 years Planning experience in Pharma or Regulated environment
24. You can demonstrate E2E Supply Chain Professional, advanced Planning Capabilities
25. You have a deep understanding of SI&OP supply processes & Planning systems
26. You have a strong Knowledge of Products flows supply/sourcing network for his/her Product scope
27. You have a strong ability to integrate, connect Demand and supply dimensions transversally (cross-functions, network) and vertically (cross planning horizon)
28. You have the ability to influence others at all levels of the organization
29. You have excellent communication skills – make complex situation and proposal easy to digest and suitable for decision to be made with senior leaders, cross-functionally (concise to drive action)
30. You can manage scenarios and ability to cope with constraints, anticipate assumptions changes
