PROJECT MANAGER (M/F) Missions
* Support the Transformation Office (Europe) in project coordination and execution.
* Perform general PMO activities, including project tracking, reporting, and risk management.
* Conduct business analysis, gather requirements, and contribute to BRD (Business Requirement Document) design.
* Participate in working groups, take minutes, and ensure follow-ups.
* Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
* Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
* Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
* Ensure effective communication between stakeholders, teams, and senior management.
* Manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and alignment with business priorities.
* Handle ad hoc project-related tasks as needed.
Profile
* Experience: 2 to 5 years as a Project Manager (PM) or Business Analyst (BA).
* Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of private banking and financial regulations.
* Languages: Fluent in French and English (written & spoken).
* Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
* Mindset: Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a dynamic environment.
