Job Description
Hospitality Talents, a recruitment agency specialized in Hospitality profiles, is currently looking for an experienced and highly motivated Multi-Properties Revenue Manager to join the team of our client, a prestigious group of hotels in Brugge.
This strategic role involves maximizing revenue by aligning pricing strategies with market conditions and customer needs, while ensuring seamless communication with operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management & Process Communication
* Ensure that booking processes and data inputs comply with operational standards.
* Maintain regular communication with the Reservations and Front Office teams.
* Conduct quality checks on data, including segmentation and tracking denied reservations.
* Maintain and update an event database to support the Revenue Management System (RMS).
Market & Performance Analysis
* Conduct in-depth performance analyses for the hotels, assessing key metrics by segment, day type, and competitor benchmarks.
* Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and citywide events to inform pricing strategies.
* Analyze large group business and leisure requests to recommend optimal distribution and pricing strategies.
Strategic Decision-Making
* Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and adjust hotel strategies based on performance trends and market insights.
* Provide accurate forecasts and compare them against operational strategy and annual budgets.
* Implement and regularly adjust distribution channel strategies to optimize availability and pricing.
Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
* Track and share monthly results, comparing internal and external metrics such as RevPAR and market share, and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Ensure proper implementation of revenue strategies in line with brand, regional, and hotel-specific objectives.

Education & Qualifications
✔️ Degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
✔️ Solid understanding of the hospitality industry, market analysis, and revenue strategy.
Languages
✔️ Fluency in English is required.
✔️ Dutch and/or French are a plus.
