Your Tasks and Responsibilities
You will be responsible for analyzing existing lines between gross amount and net amount on a payslip to achieve substantial savings on employer payroll charges.
* Visit clients regularly to collect information about their organization and activities.
* Conduct HR performance audits to analyze and propose possibilities for optimizing salary cost calculation.
* Analyze legal provisions and collective labor agreements applicable to the client's sector.
* Prepare reports, support clients in implementing recommendations, and ensure follow-up.
* Carry out projects from start to finish, including administrative tasks.
* Maintain good relations with parties involved, including the Belgian Pay Administration, Tax Administration, and Social Security Office.
* Track changes in national and international payroll calculation legislation and understand its impact on clients.
* Contribute to business development by building long-term relationships with clients.
Your Profile
* Hold a degree in Law, Business Administration, or Economics, with more than 3 years of relevant experience in Payroll or HR Services.
* Have a passion for Hard HR and a desire to develop expertise in this field.
* Understand the importance of employees as both assets and costs for companies.
* Be proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
* Be curious, analytical, and eager to learn.
* Be result-oriented and committed to meeting client expectations.
* Speak fluent English and possess strong communication skills.
* Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
