Area Sales Manager - DACH
To strengthen our company, we are looking for a native German-speaking Area Sales Manager for the DACH countries.
Love Home Fabrics is the umbrella brand for a worldwide group of companies (Ter Molst International, Symphony Mills, GTA, Clarysse, Novaya …) in interior textiles with local hubs in Belgium, Poland, Czech Republic, Spain, Ukraine, USA, Mexico, India, Singapore, Indonesia and China. Perhaps our fabrics are on your mattress or sofa, or maybe you can find our designs in your curtains or soft bath towels. We develop and produce textiles for manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers and fashion brands. For our mattress textiles division - GTA Belgium - we are looking for an area sales manager.
YOUR CHALLENGE
Everything starts with listening to the customer, mapping the market, and structuring the needs. This not only helps build a relationship with the customer but also develops a vision down to the technical details. Using this information, you communicate effectively with our designers for new designs and the inside sales team for targeted follow-up. If you are successful in this focused communication, the chances of sales success are very high. This is how you secure order after order, partly from existing customers and partly from new prospects. Expect to spend at least half of your time on business trips and participating in trade shows. The sales director is your coach.
YOUR PROFILE
Diplomas are subordinate to effective competencies for us. These competencies include, in addition to empathy, strong, clear, and persuasive communication, analytical thinking, and a sufficient helicopter view. You are a native German speaker and also speak English or Dutch for smooth internal communication. Given the competitiveness of the market, a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role is advisable. Textile knowledge is a plus. You live in the vicinity of the company or are willing to settle there.
