Our client is a strong actor in its sector and is looking for an HR Manager.
The Job:
* Be the reference person for social legislation and regulations
* Be the person in charge of the HR department and maintain regular contact with the executive committee
* Follow up on workers' documents and keep staff-related data up to date
* Manage benefits, timekeeping, and payroll
* Maintain relations with the company's external partners
* Use the Social Security portal
* Manage and monitor compulsory external training and refresher courses
* Draw up a training plan and implement in-house training courses
* Recruit and source new employees, draw up job descriptions, and schedule interviews
* Administrative management of social clauses
* Provide the necessary support to complete the cycle of assessments and interviews (annual and periodic) and ensure administrative follow-up
* Handle both Hard and Soft HR functions
Your Profile:
* At least 10 years of experience in human resources
* Fluent in Dutch and French
* Excellent knowledge of social legislation
* Rigorous, organized, sociable, empathetic, patient, and analytical
* Excellent organizational skills
