Our client is a leading network operator for gas and electricity in Brussels, with a team of over 1,000 dedicated employees.
What does the IT department look like?
The IT department is composed of over 100 professionals, including a dedicated ERP team of 15 experts (project managers, functional analysts and developers). This ERP team plays a crucial role in supporting the HR, Finance, Logistics, and Procurement departments by optimizing their workflows and enhancing the overall user experience. To achieve this, the team adapts existing applications or develops new solutions that meet the needs of internal customers.
The ERP team is looking for a SAP MM/eWM Specialist, who will report directly to the ERP Team Manager.
What will be your responsibilities :
* Take part in impactful projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery.
* Gather and understand business requirements, translating them into functional solutions.
* Analyze, design, and customize improvements to optimize SAP MM/eWM solutions.
* Provide clear specifications to developers for implementation.
* Oversee testing, quality checks, and implementation processes.
* Resolve incidents and problems.
* Collaborate with the business departments and other IT teams to drive impactful changes.
Required experience :
* You hold a degree in IT or a related field such as economics, industrial engineering, or science.
* You have at least 5 years of experience as a functional analyst in SAP MM & eWM.
* Knowledge of ABAP, SAP Fiori, and SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
* You are customer-focused and have the ability to listen, analyze, and summarize.
* You possess excellent writing and communication skills.
* Knowledge of the energy or utility sector is a plus.
* You are fluent in Dutch and French, with proficiency in technical English.
