Qualifications
1. First experience within a client-facing customer focused environment.
2. Preferable technical experience in lighting, video and sound.
3. Good contacts and network within the entertainment industry.
4. Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relations.
5. Good understanding of the company’s product range & procedures.
6. Financial awareness and business acumen.
7. Ability to prepare a proposal to a customer’s outline specification against a budget.
8. The ability to work independent and develop upon your own initiative.
9. Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritize within a demanding workload.
10. Attention and accuracy to detail.
11. Strong negotiating skills.
12. Excellent communication skills in Dutch and/or French and English.
13. Computer literate (good knowledge of current software tools).
Responsibilities
14. Acting as a main point of contact for clients in the corporate industry.
15. Coordinate and negotiate pricing and specifications.
16. Liaise with Finance Department to carry out account checks and discuss payment terms.
17. Calculate and present client quotations in line with the company’s pricing policy.
18. Provide clients with advice in all areas of project management, including technical and equipment specifications, crew schedules, transport requirements,... with the support of our Production Team where required.
19. Manage project changes and customer confirmations, respecting the company’s customer credit control policy.
20. Keep up to date with PRG’s policies, products and services.
21. Attend internal meetings when required.
22. Prepare job forecasts and financial summaries.
