• Position Title: Finance Innovation Manager
• Location: Hybrid, 2 Days a Week in the Mechelen Office
Purpose of Position
In this role you would be leading the transformational journey within EMEA ANZ by developing standardized platforms, processes & reports which can be implemented across the cluster for the Tools & Outdoor part of the organization.
Our innovation team is currently supporting 500+ internal users with reporting and analytics. As a responsible for innovations in reporting and analytics you are the key to equip our teams with tools that allow them to make timely data driven decisions in the rapidly moving environment.
This role presents a unique opportunity at the intersection of finance, commercial, and IT, with high visibility and potential for growth.
Main Responsibilities
• Pan-European Project Management: Manages the launch & implementation of next generation tools (Snowflake Data Lake, Global Daily Sales & Sales History Reporting, Statistical Forecasting, SKU Profitability and others). Coordinates the process with the cross functional stakeholders, defines project delivery roadmaps and ensures successful execution.
• Product Ownership: Ensures the quality and reliability of the business intelligence, cooperates with data teams to ensure timely troubleshooting and enhancements, coordinates with key stakeholders to define the future state of the Sales & Orders reporting across the company, drives the geographical expansion of the platform and the userbase growth. Is hands on with data, can develop, enhance & troubleshoot data application (Power BI or Alteryx, capable of using SQL etc.) and teach others how to do so.
• Business Partnership: Builds strong connections with the key partners in the organization (across the variety of functions), understands their business challenges and needs, consults, and provides guidance on the best practices in the realm of commercial analytics, contributes to the increase of levels of data literacy across the business
• Driving Innovation: Stays on top of the best practices in the data industry, is up to date with the rapidly changes technology, continuously expands their skills set and serves as a subject matter expert for the organization.

Experience & Qualifications Required
• Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Business Analytics or related field
• Min. 5 years working experience with analytics within a multinational FMCG
• Experience in a dynamic, large international company environment
• Proven track record in project management of large-scale international data & analytics solutions
• Fluent English language, Dutch, French and other European languages would be considered an advantage.
• Any certifications or proven track of projects using Power BI, Alteryx, Python or similar would be considered a strong asset
• Experience in Commercial Analytics would be considered a strong asset
• Experience in Finance and a solid understanding of the corporate P&L would be considered a strong asset
