In this context, Haulogy is expanding its portfolio of software solutions for the energy market and is looking to coordinate implementation projects and manage operations at clients’ sites for several:
BUSINESS CONSULTANT (M/F/X)
Responsibilities:
* Learn and master business processes related to the French & Belgium energy market.
* Learn and master Haulogy's product features to become the functional expert of the product(s) installed at the clients you manage.
* Manage a portfolio of clients, which includes:
o Ensuring client satisfaction on a daily basis.
o Translating your clients' needs into functional specifications.
o Interacting with Haulogy’s internal product & development teams.
o Informing and training your clients on new application updates.
* Analyze client needs technically and functionally (energy distribution companies and/or energy suppliers).
* Participate in discussions with the IT Product team regarding the evolution of Haulogy's software.
* Study the French energy market to contribute to the improvement of our IT products.
* Engage in team discussions and contribute to the digital and energy transition of the market.
Required Qualifications:
* You hold or are about to obtain a degree in civil engineering, computer science, data engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
* You have an analytical mindset, are methodical and thorough.
* You are a strong communicator with a client-oriented approach.
* You have experience in project management.
* You are a team player, show initiative, resourcefulness, and autonomy.
* You can adapt to new IT tools.
* You have excellent written and spoken proficiency in French and English.
