Main Tasks:
* Lead and facilitate the elaboration of business requirements that can be effectively utilized by system architects in the design and configuration of Pega applications, typically in a product backlog.
* Collaborate directly with the business (Product Owner and Subject Matter Experts).
* Refine user stories and contribute to backlog management.
* Guide the business team in gathering requirements and determine the best implementation approaches leveraging Pega system software and DCO capabilities.
* Understand the business processes and requirements of customers, translating them into requirement artifacts such as BRDs, functional specifications, and user stories.
* Ensure adherence to best practices in requirements management and facilitation, including the management of artifacts through traceability, version control, and change control.
Professional Experience:
* Minimum 4 years of professional experience.
* Certified Pega Principal Business Architect (minimum version 8.5).
Technical Expertise:
* Excellent knowledge of business and information analysis methods and techniques, as well as business process and information modeling.
* Proven experience in information and data modeling, data flows, and data analysis.
* Professional experience in business and information analysis for IT development projects (web, software, infrastructure, and security).
