Managed Services is the operational execution engine of PwC Advisory. Our mission is to help clients solve complex operational challenges and reach ambitious business objectives. Your impact
As a Project Management Officer, your role is to facilitate projects/programmes at both client- and internal-level by ensuring that operations run smoothly, following clear processes and capturing/documenting best practices. You will implement project requirements, execute project plans, while ensuring value creation and sustainable outcomes for the client. You will hold a broad range of responsibilities and support with the coordination of project management activities:
1. Governance & Planning management: governance set-up, coordination and documentation of internal and client meetings, creation of RAID log, coordination support of large and complex projects.
2. Stakeholder management: communicate professionally with various stakeholders (team members, clients), build and maintain trusting relationships.
3. Performance & Value management: design dashboard and KPIs in line with the project’s objectives, track performance and metrics, perform analyses to produce deliverables, quality control & financial reporting (budget, actuals & forecast, invoicing).
4. Resource management: team staffing and reconciliation with internal planning tool while identifying staffing risks, on-/off-boarding of colleagues on the programme, provision of all project information and practicalities, provide trainings.
5. Status report: create project roadmap, monitor and update the project action list, identify risks and issues, follow-up with relevant actors on key actions, prepare communications to report to higher management.

About you
* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree - one or more relevant professional experiences is a plus.
* First experience in Project Management.
* Interested in hands-on experience.
* Interest in coaching/mentoring others.
* Fluent in English and Dutch (both written and spoken).
* Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing (stakeholder management).
* Client-oriented and solutions-oriented.
* Able to prioritize in fast-changing environments.
* Curious, keen to learn and develop your knowledge and skills.
* Proactive, showing initiative and a strong sense of responsibility.
* Strong organizational, analytical, and stress-management skills.
* Balance between being a team player and able to work independently.
