We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Software Product Owner to join our Mimics team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping and delivering high-quality software products that meet our users' needs. Responsibilities
* Analyze and decompose complex requirements (break down user stories)
* Create both functional and non-functional requirement specifications
* Hold grooming sessions with the development team; consult development/test teams during the implementation phase
* Validate implemented results; resolve any issues faced by the team
* Manage stakeholders' expectations
* Synchronize/negotiate with other development teams regarding integration
Your profile
* 2+ years of experience as a PO or FA
* Strong system and analytical thinking
* Education: computer sciences/math/biomedical or similar
* Problem-solving, attention to detail, and result-oriented abilities
* Fluent in written and spoken English
* Well-developed communication and network competencies
* Experience working on Agile projects
* Self-management skills, able to handle multi-tasking activities simultaneously
* Ability to manage a high level of responsibility and work under a tight schedule
