though the traineeship offered in our Global Quality, Brand Standards and
Implementation team.

THE JOB:
As a trainee, your main responsibilities are
to understand the structure of the business data sources, look through the
numbers, and deliver meaningful insights for a wide variety of experience and
quality projects on the Global level. The end goals are to ensure hotel
quality, leverage brand equity, drive awareness and increase the efficiencies
of marketing spend.
Besides the main focus on data management and
analytics, you also have the opportunities to participate in other brand
compliance & quality projects that will help develop your communication,
project management and presentation skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Support presenting actionable insights from
different data sources, mainly Voice of guest (online reviews & surveys),
to identify optimal experience proposition or rooms for quality improvement.
* Curate and visualize brand performance and quality data for recurrent
and ad-hoc reports.
* Support onboarding process and support hotels with the Voice of Guest
Management tools & Brand Audit Platform.
* Support brand standards creation in the digital platform.
* Support brand standards implementation projects. (Such as breakfast,
meetings & events etc)

SUCCESFUL TRAINEE:
* The candidate must hold EU
nationality, if candidate already studying and living in Belgium but a non-EU
citizen, application will be still considered for further screening of
eligibility for the role.
* Has to be enrolled in a
school program to be eligible for the internship.
* Has strong analytical and
problem-solving skills.
* Has Clear and concise
communication skills
* Is a Microsoft Office
expert user. (Excel and PowerPoint)
* Is fluent in English, both
verbal and written.
* Is flexible, proactive and
has a can-do attitude.
* Is customer-oriented and is
interested in the hospitality industry.
* Is a team player with a
global mindset, able to work with a variety of different (internal and
external) stakeholders at all levels.
