Our goal is to become the leader in food transition for all.Store Configuration AdvisorWe are looking for an IT (Store) Configuration Advisor to coordinate the implementation projects of new IT hardware solutions in our supermarkets.This role will involve close collaboration with internal and external partners and support for the IT Stores Team on run activities.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate the implementation projects and rollouts of new IT hardware and related solutions.Collaborate with business and technical departments on store remodelings.Determine store IT infrastructure requirements and recommend suitable solutions.Handle store related demands for additional HW and replacement of obsolete HW.Manage orders for IT related hardware and its installation.Identify and document recurrent store IT issues for review with solution managers.Develop a deep understanding of store setups to provide input for solving incidents and problems escalated by service management.Advise on current IT solutions with a long term strategy to the stores (roadmap IT).Monitor process quality and efficiency, recognizing opportunities for improvement.Create documentation and procedures for internal and external distribution.Contribute to investment file preparation (if applicable).Develop and maintain an up to date Asset Management database (hardware, licenses, etc.).Promote knowledge management within the department.Maintain or improve solution stability, benefiting the business.Your Profile:You have relevant experience in a similar position in an operational department.Previous experience in retail or IT configuration management is a plus.You''re a skilled communicator for colleagues in our stores regarding IT issues or questions.You can translate IT solutions into understandable language for store colleagues and business partners.You''re a team player, able to work closely with the Stores'' RUN Team for trouble free operations.You have a curiosity for new technologies and retail specific IT solutions.You can promote transversal collaboration between IT departments and beyond.You''re aware of budget considerations for correct time registration.You''re fluent in Dutch and French (English is a plus).Our Offer:A permanent position in our internal IT department.An attractive salary, company car, and fuel card.A pension plan, meal vouchers, exclusive discounts in our stores, bonus plan, net remuneration, laptop, smartphone, and 26 holidays per year.Ongoing training, career growth opportunities, and internal promotions.An accessible head office with convenient parking.Flexible working hours and remote work options for better work life balance.
