Our client is a Belgian Engineering office active in Life Science Industries (Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology), with expertise in Qualification & Validation. With a constant evolving team, currently composed of 30 Consultants and staff, and offices in Ghent and in the future new offices in Wallonia, we are now looking for a part-time HR Manager or HR Coordinator (3/5th permanent contract or freelance assignment) speaking FR + DU + fluency in ENG.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our client's team. As an HR Manager or HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the employee life cycle, ensuring that mutations, promotions, and organizational changes are correctly processed in the HR systems. You will also be responsible for managing day-to-day HR administrative tasks, handling payroll processing, and overseeing compensation packages. Additionally, you will participate in the weekly management meetings to report the HR issues and future actions accordingly.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a broad HR experience as HRM, HRBP, HR Coordinator or HR Generalist, and be able to communicate effectively in French and Dutch (both outstanding, min. C1) and a good level of English (fluent, min. B2). They will also have strong knowledge of current Belgium and Netherlands employment law, procedures, processes, and a good understanding of key trends in the HR market. Additionally, they will have demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and be proactive, self-learner, resourceful and able to find the information themselves.
