You will contribute to the life sciences research community (GSK, Catalent, KULEUVEN, Universiteit Antwerpen etc.), working in vaccine development, cancer therapies and many more topics in health, nutrition or even cosmetics. Under the supervision of the Office manager, you will answer to their requests with an optimal customer experience.
Answering to incoming requests with an optimal customer experience
answers all incoming (phone, e-mail, letter, webchat, platforms etc.) requests by using the CRM
issues quotes accurately and timely using the ERP
enters accurately and timely the orders in the ERP
keeps updated customers records in the CRM: relevant information, interactions and documents
ensures, whenever possible, an optimal customer experience through smooth coordination with the team members and other departments
Supports in running the office
helps the Country/Office Manager in duties related to office administration
follows-up on payments and enters customer payments and general accounting documents in the ERP and requested databases
Identifies needs for improvement or assistance and reports those to the CM/OM
In some cases, the sales assistant can help the CM/OM with duties related to trade agreements and can be involved in other duties depending on the projects and needs.
Profile required
To succeed in this position, your organisational and interpersonal skills will be an asset :
2 years studies after secondary school or similar experience
Experience using an ERP and a CRM
You can speak English and Dutch, French is also a big plus
Customer service
Good verbal and communication skills
Ability to work with IT tools and e-platforms
Team work
