Responsibilities:
* Defining and managing the Global Application Portfolio including lifecycle management.
* Defining plans with business partners for application changes and aligning with the business to create added value.
* Leading the business application experience based on business process automation.
* Being the expert for the global application software lifecycle management.
* Agreeing with business partners on delivery strategies to ensure adoption.
* Defining the governance regarding support, change, and security.
* Negotiating and managing support agreements (KPI).
Qualifications:
* Proven experience (10 years) in IT Team Management with a strong focus on application and ERP.
* Ability to motivate teams and create a culture of continuous improvement.
* Very good knowledge of SAP or a global ERP.
* Ability to drive change on a global level with a focus on digital transformation.
* Good communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
* Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Fluent in French and English; Dutch knowledge is an asset.
Salary: up to 100k / year.
