Being the expert for the global application software lifecycle management. Agreeing with business partners on delivery strategies to ensure adoption. Defining the governance regarding support, change, and security. Negotiating and managing support agreements (KPI). Qualifications: Proven experience (10 years) in IT Team Management with a strong focus on application and ERP. Ability to motivate teams and create a culture of continuous improvement. Very good knowledge of SAP or a global ERP. Ability to drive change on a global level with a focus on digital transformation. Good communication skills and strong interpersonal skills. Detail oriented with good analytical and problem solving skills. Fluent in French and English; Dutch knowledge is an asset. Salary: up to 100k / year.
