Business Automation Consultant
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Automation Consultant to lead our customers' digital transformation using ServiceNow.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Implementing and maintaining technical solutions.
* Designing and building processes in ITSM, HR, Self-Service, and Security domains.
* Assisting customers on their journey towards successful digital transformation.
Your tasks will involve performing development and programming tasks, system configurations, troubleshooting, monitoring, system testing, and contributing to the design of technical solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
* Hunting for New Business: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target accounts and industry verticals in the Belgium market.
* Developing Sales Strategies: Create and execute account plans and sales strategies to achieve assigned quotas and revenue targets within Belgium.
* Solution Selling: Understand customer needs and position Devoteam's cloud managed services solutions, including cloud infrastructure management, application modernization, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
* Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, IT directors, and other key stakeholders across Belgium.
* Lead Generation and Qualification: Generate leads through networking, industry events, and online research, focusing on potential clients in Belgium. Qualify leads and progress them through the sales pipeline.
* Proposal Development and Presentations: Develop compelling proposals and deliver persuasive presentations to showcase the value of Devoteam's services.
* Negotiation and Closing: Skilled in negotiation and closing complex deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for Devoteam.
* Market Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest cloud technologies, market trends, and competitive landscape, focusing on the Belgium market.
* Collaboration: Work closely with internal client teams (e.g., sales execs, solution architects, delivery teams) to ensure successful customer onboarding and service delivery.
* Accurate Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide regular updates on pipeline and deal progress.
This role requires individuals who believe everything can be automated and have expertise in defining and implementing Cloud Foundations, Landing Zones, and Infrastructure as Code solutions using Azure technologies.
You will work with your team on projects such as setting up CI/CD from scratch, being part of development, data or platform teams, building Cloud platforms, modernizing/migrating environments, and much more.
