As a Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of Unilin's Dryback division, leading the charge to expand our market share in your region: Nordics, Latin America, Middle East, Africa, Canada, Asia & Australia. Your mission will be to connect with potential customers and establish long-term relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Here's what you'll be focusing on:
* Dive deep into your region, analysing its potential.
* Gather valuable market intelligence and keep a close eye on the competitive landscape.
* Approach potential customers and expand our customer base.
* Skillfully negotiate commercial agreements, including pricing, payment terms, and rebate agreements.
* Convert prospects into key accounts and nurture those accounts for long-term growth.
* Develop an in-depth knowledge of our LVT Dryback products, positioning yourself as an expert and advocate in the industry.
* Actively participate in regular sales meetings to shape our short, mid, and long-term plans.
Who are you?
* Your hunger for success drives you to knock on doors and create new opportunities, all while prioritizing the cultivation of valuable relationships with existing accounts.
* Previous experience in a field-based territory sales role within the flooring/building/home improvement sector is essential, along with a solid understanding of routes to market.
* You embrace travel, ready to explore your region and seize opportunities wherever they arise.
* You excel at managing complexity, effectively prioritizing tasks to meet objectives.
* Results-driven and goal-oriented, you consistently deliver exceptional outcomes.
* Your exceptional communication skills, coupled with fluency in the local language and English, allow you to connect with diverse audiences.
* You are based close to our headquarters in Wielsbeke (Belgium) to maintain an excellent connection with your internal stakeholders.
* You report directly into the General Manager International.
