SAP AMS - Service Delivery Manager
As Service Delivery Manager, you will head a diversified team consisting of ICT Experts (Developers, analysts, testers, ...) across different technologies and be a reliable point of contact within the Accenture organization for the client.
Your Job
As a Service Delivery Manager, you have a leading role in the delivery of E2E application support services to our clients. You are responsible for monitoring progress and tracking KPI's, to identify and manage client needs. You drive stakeholder management, gain in-depth understanding of the client needs and risks and propose service improvements.
Being the central contact person towards our clients and leading our delivery teams across different regions (nearshore, offshore and Belgium), you have a mindset of continuous improvement and generating business value. Next to that you will also position our application support services to new clients and help further build our team and service offering.
Responsibilities
* Lead and support a team of ICT experts including analysts, developers, and testers, through clear task assignments and clear communication of responsibilities.
* Use data from different systems to analyze activities within the team and translate these into improvements in terms of process, follow-up, expectations around analysis, development, and testing.
* Establish clear ground rules for change requests and communicate these to the parties involved within the Accenture & client organization. Ensure clear expectations regarding documentation in all phases of application development and support.
* Take on the role of Quality control, not only ensuring high-quality releases, but also paying attention to the user experience, challenge the team to stay on top of innovations & efficiency.
* Identify and map risks in existing applications, processes, and activities.
* Financial management of the running contracts by maintaining a constant focus to balance cost and merit from a client value perspective.
* Experience in managing cross-cultural teams.
* Experience in application support services and capable of presenting and reporting to client stakeholders and executive management.
* Your approach is client- and result-oriented.
* You have an analytical mindset, can work autonomously, can handle multiple projects simultaneously and the pressure of deadlines. You are focused on achieving and exceeding client expectations.
* You have fluent language skills (English and Dutch or French) and you are a real team player.
