We are looking for an asset and reliability engineer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Asset Management:
* Feed the long-term asset plan with necessary information for appropriate technical health evaluation.
* Develop and implement asset technical health evaluation techniques through preventive maintenance inspection plans.
* Create models for estimating the remaining lifetime of assets.
Reliability Engineering:
* Perform criticality analysis to identify key improvement areas.
* Conduct Pareto analysis to identify top performance killers.
* Facilitate root cause analysis (RCA) on major technical failures.
* Collaborate with technical services to determine and implement reliability improvement actions, ensuring their effectiveness.
* Optimize preventive maintenance plans by comparing inspection results with asset failure occurrences.
* Translate improvement actions into effective job instructions and task lists, implementing them in SAP.
Profile:
Requirements:
* Engineering degree at BSc/MSc level with a focus on reliability engineering and/or maintenance management.
* Minimum of 2 years of demonstrable experience in reliability engineering, preferably in the chemical process industry.
* Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System, preferably SAP.
* Experience with AMDEC methodology.
* Proficiency in French and English.

* Ability to collaborate in a multi-team organization.
