YOUR TASKS:
As a member of the Project Management Office (PMO), in collaboration with the project/program manager,
your role will be:
1. Organize all required boards, workshops, meetings management
2. Follow up of procedures and deliverables
3. Budget forecasting
4. Documentation management
5. Risks’ & issues’ process support
6. Assist in development of the strategy & drawing of a plan and approach for the immediate and midterm future
7. Collect initial high level users’ & technical requirements
8. Validate assumptions with key stakeholders
9. Coordinate project communications, both internal and external
How we imagine our future consultant?
10. You have a first experience working on IT related projects as Analyst or Project Support/Management
officer
11. You are passionate about project management and ready to help our clients to deliver their project
12. Knowledge of the following is a plus:
o Project management methodology
o MS Project, Clarity, Jira, …
13. You have a cultural openness and adaptability, you are rigorous, customer oriented, and you have high communication skills and analytical skills
14. You are polyvalent and can adapt easily to quickly changing environment
15. You are fluent in French and English; a good knowledge of Dutch is also required
