Mission :
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Sr functional consultant to join our Salesforce practice and support our clients in their digital transformation. You will focus on helping our clients achieve business value using Salesforce.
The ideal candidate should have a deep functional Salesforce product knowledge and understanding of core Salesforce configuration, features and integrations. You should have experience with the full lifecycle of a Salesforce project, including requirements gathering, functional workshops, testing, migrating configurations between environments and managing releases. You should also demonstrate your ability to come up with innovative solutions to problems. The role requires a well-organized and motivated individual, who can work independently and lead junior consultants and offshore teams.
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique business needs and challenges.
2. Translate client requirements into effective Salesforce solutions by leveraging your deep knowledge of the platform and best practices.
3. Configure and customize Salesforce applications to deliver tailored solutions.
4. Work with cross-functional teams to design, document, and implement Salesforce solutions that align with project timelines and budgets.
5. Participate in testing, training, and post-implementation support to ensure the successful adoption of the Salesforce platform.
Profile:
6. Salesforce expert enthusiast with at least 5 years of experience in the field.
7. Expert in one or more Salesforce applications, ideally: Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, Public Sector Solutions.
8. At least 2 valid Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, or similar).
9. Experience with international and virtual teams.
10. Consulting skills: ability to guide customers in making the best decisions in their context.
11. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.
12. Ability to manage stakeholders to get to the desired outcome.
13. Self-starter, accountable and meeting commitments.
14. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with clients, colleagues and with Salesforce.
15. Pre-sales experience for proposals and demos for prospects.
16. Knowledge of the Agile Scrum methodology.
17. Project management experience is a plus.
18. Fluent in Dutch and English is mandatory.
