Key Responsibilities
1. Design, develop & implement talent strategies by leading talent management projects with a balance of long-term strategic thinking and short-term impactful execution to support career growth, leadership development and succession planning.
2. Champion employee growth & performance by owning and optimising our performance management frameworks, ensuring well-structured processes, impactful feedback loops, individual development plans and clear career pathways.
1. Lead our end-of-year performance cycle: craft the process, align with HRBPs and management, consolidate outcomes, and present key insights to fuel continuous growth.
2. Lead feedback workshops with HRBPs and business leaders to refine career and succession planning strategies.
3. Support high-performing teams by setting clear expectations for performance, collaboration, and accountability, ensuring alignment with the company's evolving needs.
4. Enhance employee engagement & well-being by driving people-centric initiatives that reflect and reinforce our company values and culture.
5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR Business Partners and management, to ensure talent strategies align with business needs.
6. Advance learning and development strategies by refining frameworks and processes in collaboration with the L&D Business Partner, ensuring strong alignment with overall talent management goals. Additionally, you will lead impactful training initiatives, partnering with external providers, defining optimal learning formats, and ensuring seamless communication and execution across the organization.
7. People management: You will manage and coach our L&D Business Partner, fostering their development and ensuring their organizational impact.
About you
Experience & Qualifications
1. You have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Talent Management, HR Business Partnering, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development.
2. You have a Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
3. You have a deep expertise in talent frameworks, leadership development, and performance management.
4. Experience in a consulting, technology, or fast-paced environment is a plus.
5. Certifications in Talent Management, Coaching, or Leadership Development are a plus.

4. Collaboration & Influence: strong ability to engage, align, and partner with multiple stakeholders across HR and the business.
