About the Job
This is a unique opportunity to join the Volvo Group as a Customer Support Manager and be part of our dynamic team that delivers exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of approximately 15 people in providing top-notch customer support
- Develop and implement strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with market teams to secure the best customer experience
- Create & manage work schedules to ensure team members are available at critical times
