They are looking for a HR Business Partner in part time (80%) M/W/X to strengthen their team in Belgium based in Antwerp.
Your Mission:
* PAYROLL: you are in charge of the admin of the payroll and some general administrative tasks;
* You provide the correct data on a monthly basis to our social secretary; your are the first line of contact with regard to payroll related topics; you check the payroll before executing the payments;
* You are the internal point of contact for our employees on payroll, HR, admin and general questions or topics (sickness, holidays, …) and ensure correct registration and required info (eg medical attest);
* You follow the social regulation (changes in comité paritaire) and take action when required;
* RECRUITMENT: you are in charge of the process from the first screenings to the finalization of a short list of candidates;
* Your are the single point of contact for recruitment agencies;
* You are in contact with the hiring managers with regards to their recruitment needs;
* You are in charge of the training & development plan for the next year (following instructions of authorities), organize and follow-up, ….;
* You keep our HR documentation (policies, ...) up to date and ensure all documents are in place, update job descriptions, ….;
* You are in charge of the FLEET management of our company cars;
* You are in contact with our Insurances partners;
* You are organizing onboarding (and offboarding): admin, HR policies, contact with IT, ordering materials, … + follow-up with starters;
Your Profile:
* You are attracted by subjects related to Human Resources and social law, and you either have several years of relevant experience, or have just completed studies related to HR or human sciences;
* You are fluent in Dutch and French and have a good knowledge in English, enabling you to work in an international environment;
* Integrity and privacy are on top of your values, so you treat all requests without making any distinction;
* You are keen to immerse yourself in HR issues;
* You work independently and are solution-oriented;
* Your communication skills enable you to provide a friendly, high-quality service and work in synergy with the rest of the team;
* You recognize yourself in these key words: enterprising, taking initiative and responsibility, structure and quality;
* Knowledge of and/or a strong interest in employment law is an asset.
* You are at ease with current IT tools;
