Sourcing with an edge : Youre a sourcing guru and will be uncovering international top talent where others dont even think to look, and you connect with them on their level. You dont just fill pipelinesyou craft them with precision. You optimize your sourcing efforts, using tools like LinkedIn Talent Insights to find top talent, analyze market trends, and help improve our recruitment strategies. Partnering with our business leaders : Strong relationships with hiring managers will be the key to your success in fulfilling their recruitment needs. You serve as their trusted advisor for all recruitment matters. Employer branding : Enhance our sparkling Employer Brand positioning Bluecrux as a top employer in the market by launching social media caigns, setting up referral programs, and many more. About you You have a minimum experience of 2 years in the field of Recruitment of Tech and Software; be it in an agency or in house, complemented by a higher education degree. You are an expert working with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms. You can design effective search strategies. You have an interest in recruiting profiles in the broad range of Supply Chain process transformation, data analytics, and Software implementation. You are fluent in English. Speaking Dutch or French is a definite plus. At all times you have a human focus and an eye to quickly grasp an impression of the talents and added values of candidates.
